About the role

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Gss Nd Mandan Sunset provides comprehensive care to residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care. Responsibilities include coordinating care, assessing residents, educating patients, and delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care
• Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Assess residents' health status and needs
• Educate residents and their families on maintaining health and managing conditions
• Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel as appropriate
• Ensure the safety and reliability of resident care
• Resolve care and service concerns

Requirements

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
• Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing
• Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications

Qualifications

Pay

$32.50 - $48.00 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Part time, 12 hours per night shift, including every third weekend and rotating holidays.

Department Details

This position works the hours of 6:00pm - 6:30pm, including every third weekend and rotating holidays. It is a part-time role with 24 weekly hours.
