We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. We have location address, compensation range, summary, etc. We need to extract sections. We have: "Location Address: 4801 Beckner Road Santa Fe, NM 87507 Compensation Pay Range Minimum Offer $39.69 Maximum Offer $58.17 Summary: "Join our team as a Recovery Room and our Pre-Op RN and bring your critical thinking, compassion, and expertise to a fast-paced, rewarding environment. If you're passionate about exceptional care and looking for a place where your skills truly matter, we want to meet you! How You Grow, Learn And Thrive Matters Here. Educational and career development options, including tuition and certification reimbursement, scholarship opportunities Staff Safety (a wearable badge that allows nurses to quickly and discreetly call for help when safety is a concern) Differentials for night/weekend shifts, higher education, certifications and various lead roles (for eligible positions) Malpractice liability insurance Loan forgiveness through the New Mexico Higher Education Department EPIC electronic charting system Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 1.00 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: Days (United States of America)" Then "Responsibilities" heading appears? Actually after summary we see "Sign on and relocation benefits available to qualified candidates! In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process..." That's responsibilities. Then "Qualifications" heading appears: "Associate Degree in Nursing State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Compact Licensure BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire ICU or Emergency Room Experience preferred." Then "We're All About Well-being, Starting With Yours." etc. That's benefits. Then "About Presbyterian Healthcare Services" etc. That's about the organization, maybe "About the role"? Actually "About Presbyterian Healthcare Services" is about the employer, not role. Could be "About the role"? But we have no explicit "About the role". The summary includes some description. Could treat "About the role" as summary? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can create sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also Requirements? Not separate from Qualifications. Skills? Not explicit. Schedule? We have Work Shift: Days. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove "AA/EOE/VET/DISABLED." etc. We must preserve all substantive info. Let's extract content: Location address: maybe include in a

under About the role? Or separate? Not a heading. Could be part of About the role paragraph. Compensation: Pay Range Minimum Offer $39.69 Maximum Offer $58.17. So Pay section. Summary: "Join our team as a Recovery Room and our Pre-Op RN and bring your critical thinking, compassion, and expertise to a fast-paced, rewarding environment. If you're passionate about exceptional care and looking for a place where your skills truly matter, we want to meet you! How You Grow, Learn And Thrive Matters Here. Educational and career development options, including tuition and certification reimbursement, scholarship opportunities Staff Safety (a wearable badge that allows nurses to quickly and discreetly call for help when safety is a concern) Differentials for night/weekend shifts, higher education, certifications and various lead roles (for eligible positions) Malpractice liability insurance Loan forgiveness through the New Mexico Higher Education Department EPIC electronic charting system Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 1.00 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: Days (United States of America)" We need to separate schedule info: Work Shift: Days. Also Type of Opportunity: Full time, FTE: 1.00, Job Exempt: No. We could put schedule in Schedule section: Work Shift: Days, Full-time, FTE 1.00, Non-exempt. But we must not invent placeholder text. We have actual statements. Now Responsibilities: The block after "Sign on and relocation benefits available to qualified candidates! In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing the nursing process..." It's a long paragraph with many duties. We'll keep as

maybe with

  • for list? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are a paragraph with many sentences, not a list. Could keep as

. But we could split into sentences? Better to keep as

as prose. Qualifications: "Associate Degree in Nursing State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Compact Licensure BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire ICU or Emergency Room Experience preferred." That's prose. Benefits: "We're All About Well-being, Starting With Yours. Presbyterian employees have access to a fun, engaging and unique wellness program, including free on-site and community-based gyms, nutrition coaching and classes, mindfulness and meditation resources, wellness challenges and more." Also earlier summary includes benefits like tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, Staff Safety badge, differentials, malpractice liability insurance, loan forgiveness, EPIC. Those are benefits. So we should combine all benefit statements into Benefits section. We need to avoid duplication. Let's collect benefit statements: From summary: "Educational and career development options, including tuition and certification reimbursement, scholarship opportunities Staff Safety (a wearable badge that allows nurses to quickly and discreetly call for help when safety is a concern) Differentials for night/weekend shifts, higher education, certifications and various lead roles (for eligible positions) Malpractice liability insurance Loan forgiveness through the New Mexico Higher Education Department EPIC electronic charting system" From later: "We're All About Well-being, Starting With Yours. Presbyterian employees have access to a fun, engaging and unique wellness program, including free on-site and community-based gyms, nutrition coaching and classes, mindfulness and meditation resources, wellness challenges and more." Also maybe "Sign on and relocation benefits available to qualified candidates!" That's also a benefit. Thus Benefits section includes: Sign-on and relocation benefits, educational/tuition reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, Staff Safety badge, night/weekend shift differentials, higher education differentials, certification differentials, lead role differentials, malpractice liability insurance, loan forgiveness via NM Higher Ed Dept, EPIC electronic charting, wellness program (free gyms, nutrition coaching, classes, mindfulness, meditation, wellness challenges). We'll put as

      • items. Pay section: compensation range. Schedule section: Work Shift: Days, Full time, FTE 1.00, Job Exempt: No. We could also include Type of Opportunity: Full time. Now About the role: maybe we combine location address and summary? The summary includes role description. We'll put location address in a

maybe before summary. Thus About the role section: includes location address and the summary paragraph (excluding benefits? but we extracted benefits). However the summary paragraph includes benefit statements; we need to avoid duplication. We'll split: keep role description (first sentences) and maybe keep "How You Grow, Learn And Thrive Matters Here." That's a heading? Actually it's a sentence. We'll keep as part of About the role. Thus About the role paragraph: "Join our team as a Recovery Room and our Pre-Op RN and bring your critical thinking, compassion, and expertise to a fast-paced, rewarding environment. If you're passionate about exceptional care and looking for a place where your skills truly matter, we want to meet you! How You Grow, Learn And Thrive Matters Here." We could also include "Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 1.00 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: Days (United States of America)" but that's schedule. Thus final HTML:
