Responsibilities

• Daily planning, coordination, and monitoring of care with the nursing staff and other health care professionals.
• Assuring effective use of available resources.
• Maintaining established standards of care.
• Maintaining outcomes within an appropriate length of stay.
• Ensuring variations based on patients' individual needs are justified and well documented.
• Aiding in the management needs of the Nursing Unit.

Requirements

Current RN license in good standing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
