About the role
Location: Skokie (travel to Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park Hospitals). Type: Full‑time.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care across diverse patient populations
- Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
- Involve patients and families in care decisions when appropriate
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accountability for nursing outcomes
- Supervise and guide unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering interdisciplinary care
- Collaborate and communicate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an approved nursing school; BSN preferred
- Current IL RN license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 6 months RN experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Basic computer skills

Schedule
Flexibility between 6 am and 11:30 am, Monday to Friday, with call requirements including weeknights and weekends.
