About the Role
Provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care across various patient populations.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Involve patients and families in care decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Lead and guide unlicensed staff
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Make informed decisions based on therapeutic relationships
- Deliver interdisciplinary care
- Maintain effective communication with team members
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Current Illinois RN license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Basic computer skills
Preferred: 6 months of RN experience in a comparable role.
Schedule
Full-time role with variable hours, including travel to multiple hospital locations and call requirements.
