About the role
Seeking an experienced PACU Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift travel assignment in Columbus, OH. The RN will provide post‑anesthesia care, closely monitor patients recovering from surgical procedures, assess vital signs and airway status, manage pain and nausea, administer medications, and ensure patients are stable before transfer or discharge.
Responsibilities
- Provide post‑anesthesia care for patients recovering from surgery.
- Closely monitor vital signs and airway status.
- Manage pain and nausea.
- Administer medications as ordered.
- Ensure patients are stable before transfer or discharge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of PACU experience.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Strong post‑operative assessment, airway management, and patient monitoring skills.
Pay
$75 per hour.
Schedule
Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 3 × 12‑hour shifts.
