This position is eligible for up to a $25,000 sign-on bonus and up to $24,000 in student loan assistance.

Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for patient care in the identified practice setting.
- Perform assessments and analyze patient problems using critical decision-making to determine the need for standard, urgent, or emergent interventions.
- Implement and/or modify the plan of care using assessment data, standards of care, and evidence-based practice, including nursing care coordination, patient and family education, and discharge planning.
- Facilitate interdisciplinary partnership in patient care.
- Integrate ethical provisions in nursing practice and deliver care in a manner that preserves patient autonomy, dignity, and rights.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Evaluate progress toward attainment of desired patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required upon hire).
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Kentucky (required upon hire).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR certification (required upon hire).
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (required within 90 days of hire).

Pay
$30.00 - $43.50 per hour.
