About the role

The Registered Nurse at Allegheny Health Network provides comprehensive care in an outpatient setting, demonstrating leadership, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provides transformational leadership and builds a collaborative team environment.

• Supervises and evaluates LPN scope of practice, ensuring adherence to order sets and protocols.
• Uses the nursing process to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Affirms patient and family satisfaction, advocating for their needs and rights.
• Manages time effectively to meet daily responsibilities and attend to patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current State of Pennsylvania RN license or multi-state license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Prior certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.
