About the role
Provides patient centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic according to established scope of practice guidelines and standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Develops, coordinates and implements the patient plan of care in collaboration with the health care team.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Degree from an accredited school of nursing, BSN or matriculation into a BSN program preferred.
- Minimum Work Experience: 2 years prior nursing experience preferred.
- Experience: Experience in office/clinic practice setting preferred.
Licenses/Certifications
- Current license in the State of Vermont.
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association.
- Specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC, CPI) per specific operational framework.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Demonstrated proficiency in acute-care nursing, knowledge, and skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills.
Pay
Pay Range: $35.91 - $60.73
