About the Role

Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure, meeting all state requirements.
• Preferably over 1 year of experience for part-time roles.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.
• Possession of additional unit-specific certifications as required.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and twisting tasks.
