RN - Orthopedic/Spine - Per Diem

Position: RN - Ortho/Spine Unit Location: Naperville Type: Per Diem, Days 7:00am-7:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays Responsibilities: Provides professional nursing care following state laws and hospital policies. Assesses patient conditions, recognizes changes, plans and evaluates care, monitors progress, and records observations. Delegates tasks appropriately and collaborates with the healthcare team to meet unit goals. Qualifications: RN license in IllinoisCPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)Minimum 1+ years' inpatient RN experienceAssociate Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred, with a requirement to obtain within five years if only an associate degree Skills: Critical thinking, assessment, delegation, teamwork.
