Provides patient care by applying the nursing process, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to support health restoration. Combines caring, knowledge, and integrity to ensure safe, quality care that respects patient autonomy and dignity. Performs additional duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care strategies
- Administer prescribed medications
- Provide health education to patients, families, and significant others
- Participate in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
- Exert clinical leadership and support ongoing learning

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum requirement of RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- Computer literacy is essential
