About the role

We're seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to lead patient care within our organization. Your role will involve applying the nursing process, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively uses the nursing process in delivering patient care
• Achieves learning needs and implements appropriate teaching strategies
• Manages nursing team resources and serves as a leader on the interdisciplinary team
• Evaluates data and promotes changes to improve patient outcomes
• Adapts to patient populations and ensures patient privacy and comfort
• Performs other related duties as required

Requirements

• Current RN license in state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Preferred: Certification in Clinical Specialty Area

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse diploma
• Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
