RN or LVN – Pediatric Private Duty Nursing (Day or Night Shift) – North Houston

Reliant Healthcare Group is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1-on-1 pediatric private duty nursing care in the home across Spring, Kingwood, East Houston, and Channelview, TX. This role is ideal for nurses who value focused patient care, predictable schedules, and meaningful relationships with families.

Pay

• G-Tube / G-Button Cases
  • LVN/LPN: $23.00 – $24.00 per hour
  • RN: $31.00 – $34.00 per hour
• Trach / Vent Cases
  • LVN/LPN: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
  • RN: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour

Rates vary by case complexity and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 0–20)
• Monitor vital signs and deliver safe, competent nursing care
• Follow and implement individualized plans of care
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the clinical team
• Educate and support families
• Complete documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)

Requirements

• Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas – REQUIRED
• Pediatric experience preferred (private duty, home health, or similar)
• Current CPR certification (American Red Cross or equivalent)
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting
• Strong communication and clinical skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to assist with patient transfers and medical equipment
