What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, holistic care to residents

• Perform diligent assessments, monitoring, and personalized care planning

What You'll Need:

• A current Illinois Nurse license
• The ability to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures
• Experience in working with older adults is preferred
