RN or LPN - Private In-Home Care

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to provide one‑on‑one care for a client in a private home setting in Northwest Oklahoma City. This consistent opportunity is ideal for a nurse who enjoys building a relationship with a client and delivering attentive, individualized care. The role requires comfort working independently in a home environment and caring for a client with complex care needs. Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or a similar setting is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care.
• Monitor the client’s condition and report changes appropriately.
• Assist with daily care needs and ensure the client’s safety and comfort.
• Communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team.
• Complete required nursing documentation.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, one‑on‑one care.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Long‑term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting.
• Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
