RN or LPN - Private In-Home Care
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for a client in a private home setting in Northwest Oklahoma City. This is a consistent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building a relationship with a client and providing attentive, individualized care. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a home environment and caring for a client with complex care needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care
- Monitor the client’s condition and report changes appropriately
- Assist with daily care needs and ensure the client’s safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with the client, family, and care team
- Complete required nursing documentation
- Provide compassionate, respectful, one-on-one care
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma RN or LPN license in good standing
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or similar experience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Dependable, compassionate, and attentive to detail
- Strong communication skills
