HOURS & SHIFT REQUIREMENTS
Full Time position, 40 hours per week; 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Principle Duties And Responsibilities
- Review of patient history and pre-operative chart.
- Completion of patient physical assessment.
- Completion of intra departmental transfer sheet and assessment flow chart.
- Communication with O.R. staff regarding patient transfer.
- Counsels patients on the importance of preoperative preparation.
- Conducts verbal or written hand off communication with O.R. staff.
