RN or LPN Float Pool

About the role

Mosaic is seeking a RN or LPN Float Pool member to work across multiple locations in Grand Island, NE. This PRN role offers variety and the opportunity to build meaningful connections while empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily health tasks and help them understand their own health journeys
• Work closely with doctors and support teams to ensure everyone receives preventative care
• Train and support direct care staff
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska
• At least one year of general nursing experience
• Valid driver's license
• CPR/First Aid certification (can obtain after hire at the agency)
• Ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule
• Ability to walk, stand, and safely transfer up to 50 pounds when needed

Schedule

PRN position with no weekends and no on-call. Minimum 24 hours per quarter and maximum 24 hours per week.
