About the role

Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned organization offering full-time and part-time nursing positions. The facility provides 12-hour shifts and night shift differentials, along with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments based on resident needs
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards
• Promote resident safety, dignity, and overall well-being

Requirements

• Current RN or LPN license
• Medication administration and IV certification
• Strong working knowledge of state rules and regulations
• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of residents
• Positive, dependable attendance and a team-focused, can-do attitude

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current licensure as an RN or LPN in the state of [State]

Pay

The pay scale is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts available include full-time day and night, part-time days and nights, and 12-hour shifts. Night shift differentials are also available.
