About the role

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide direct medical-surgical care, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Implementing nursing interventions and evaluating patient progress
• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to coordinate care
• Educating patients on health measures and fostering a supportive environment
• Serving as a mentor and role model for colleagues and students
• Applying clinical knowledge across diverse patient dimensions, including physical, cultural, and social factors
• Ensuring safety and compliance with policies; may perform point-of-care testing

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license and BLS certification in respective states
• Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, and demonstrate leadership
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient care tasks
