Patient Care

• Affirms patient needs and conditions by gathering relevant health information.
• Identifies outcomes, develops an individualized plan of care, and implements it appropriately to achieve expected results.
• Evaluates patient progress towards outcomes and updates diagnoses, outcomes, and plans of care as needed.
• Performs aseptic techniques and maintains infection prevention standards.

• Assists with procedures and transports patients as necessary, following hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
