RN - Operating Room, Part Time Weekends

Part-time weekend position with two 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups using the nursing process.
• Perform patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Oversee support staff activities and ensure high-quality, appropriate care tailored to patient needs and condition severity.
• Identify educational opportunities for patients and document care activities accurately.
• Communicate effectively with team members and healthcare providers to address concerns and coordinate care.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program; new graduates are eligible.
• Current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
• BLS certification.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, specialty certifications, and hospital-based nursing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, initiative, independent judgment, and stress management skills.
