RN Operating Room Circulator

Miami Surgical Suites is an ambulatory surgery center specializing in Hand & Upper Extremities, Joint Replacements, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Podiatry, and Sports Medicine.

About the role

The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases, including positioning and prepping the patient, and circulating the case.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care during surgical procedures
• Position and prep patients for surgery
• Circulate cases in the operating room
• Make decisions based on nursing judgment

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
• Active RN license in the state
• BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator
• Experience in surgical procedures in the following specialties: Hand & Upper Extremities, Joint Replacements, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Podiatry, Sports Medicine
