Operating Room RN

We are hiring registered nurses for various perioperative roles, including Operating Rooms, Pediatric OR, and Surgical Services. Key responsibilities include: Providing safe, direct patient care across all age groups, including neonates, pediatrics, and adults.Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Assisting with tests, procedures, and medication administration, ensuring proper documentation and patient safety.Participating in orientation, mentoring new staff, and assuming relief charge duties as needed.Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, maintaining a safe environment, and promoting patient safety initiatives.Contributing to a positive work environment by demonstrating professionalism and teamwork. Qualifications include: Graduation from an accredited nursing program and licensure as an RN in the state.CPR/BLS certification, with IV verification and TB testing as required.Preferred qualifications are a Bachelor’s degree, bilingual skills, and specialty certifications. Skills and conditions: Flexibility to adapt to a busy, fluid environment, with experience in emergency response and patient safety.Physical ability to perform heavy work, including lifting and moving patients or equipment.Self-scheduling and a team-oriented approach are encouraged.
