RN Operating Room Circulator

About the role
The Registered Nurse Circulator provides nursing care and service during surgery cases, including positioning the patient, prepping the patient, and circulating the case. The center specializes in procedures such as Cataracts, Glaucoma, Cornea, Retina, Oculoplastic, and Laser Procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care during surgical procedures
- Position and prep patients for surgery
- Circulate cases in the operating room
- Make decisions based on nursing judgment
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Active RN license in the state
- BLS, ACLS, or PALS as required by the center
- Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Circulator & PACU
- Experience in surgical procedures in relevant specialties (if applicable)
