As a Registered Professional Nurse at Northside Hospital, you will independently plan and provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines, and within the scope of practice defined by the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).

Qualifications

• BSN degree (preferred).
• Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) (preferred).
• Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units (preferred).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
