RN - Oncology/Infusion - PRN/Day

Role: The RN Oncology Infusion Therapy Clinician provides specialized nursing care in an outpatient infusion setting, primarily administering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies for malignant and nonmalignant conditions. Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive patient assessments, develops individualized care plans, and delivers evidence-based, patient-centered care while addressing biological, emotional, and psychosocial needs. Acts as a clinical resource, promotes safety, and collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Supports performance improvement initiatives, mentors staff, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree, valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and at least 10 years of direct patient care experience. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, delegation, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. Maintains ongoing professional development and may pursue specialty certifications.
