Requirements
- Licensed in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse at hire
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho (required within six months of hire)
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network is required, unless currently certified in ACLS and/or PALS
- ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire
- TNCC certification required within one year of hire
