Obstetrics RN (Nights) (Part-Time)

About the Role

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care in the Obstetrics (OB) department, supporting inpatient and outpatient gynecology, obstetrical, and newborn services. This role focuses on patient safety, education, and discharge planning while promoting patient and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Educate patients and families on illness management and care plans.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and communicate personalized care plans.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs while respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
• Maintain safety awareness and pursue professional development.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Active RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Less than two years of nursing experience (preferred).
