Pay
Up to $53.30/hour (based on experience). Earn 10% more with our Pay in Lieu of Benefits Program. Weekly pay for stability you can count on.

Schedule
- Full-Time Night Shift: 6pm - 6:30am
- Part-Time Day Shift: 6am–6:30pm two days a week (Every Other Weekend Requirement)
Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
- Supervise nursing care services and nursing personnel across assigned units
- Conduct rounds and provide clinical support and guidance to staff
- Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely communication of changes
- Assist with admissions, evaluations, care planning, and resident oversight
- Support safe medication administration and treatment delivery
Staff Support & Operations
- Assist with staffing coordination and assignment adjustments
- Provide coaching, feedback, and support to nursing staff
- Ensure documentation, workflows, and assignments are completed appropriately
- Participate in shift-to-shift communication and operational updates
- Promote a collaborative, respectful, team-focused environment
Quality & Compliance
- Help maintain compliance with facility policies, CMS standards, and nursing regulations
- Support infection prevention and facility safety initiatives
- Assist with incident response, emergency procedures, and survey readiness
- Participate in QAPI and performance improvement efforts
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
- Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing leadership role
- Interest or experience in geriatrics
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience with dementia population desirable
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level
