Pay

Up to $53.30/hour (based on experience). Earn 10% more with our Pay in Lieu of Benefits Program. Weekly pay for stability you can count on.

Schedule

  • Full-Time Night Shift: 6pm - 6:30am
  • Part-Time Day Shift: 6am–6:30pm two days a week (Every Other Weekend Requirement)

Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

  • Supervise nursing care services and nursing personnel across assigned units
  • Conduct rounds and provide clinical support and guidance to staff
  • Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely communication of changes
  • Assist with admissions, evaluations, care planning, and resident oversight
  • Support safe medication administration and treatment delivery

Staff Support & Operations

  • Assist with staffing coordination and assignment adjustments
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and support to nursing staff
  • Ensure documentation, workflows, and assignments are completed appropriately
  • Participate in shift-to-shift communication and operational updates
  • Promote a collaborative, respectful, team-focused environment

Quality & Compliance

  • Help maintain compliance with facility policies, CMS standards, and nursing regulations
  • Support infection prevention and facility safety initiatives
  • Assist with incident response, emergency procedures, and survey readiness
  • Participate in QAPI and performance improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience and at least one (1) year of experience in a nursing leadership role
  • Interest or experience in geriatrics
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Experience with dementia population desirable
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level

  • Provide hands-on nursing care and lead a dedicated CNA team
  • Monitor residents’ conditions and support individualized care plans
  • Safely manage and administer medications
  • Ensure resident dignity, preferences, and quality of life remain top priorities
  • Collaborate with leadership and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver excellence in care
