About the role
This is a full-time position seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Full-Time Nursing Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure patient care quality and safety.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs.
- Evaluate nursing practices and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Requirements
- A valid MA RN license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
