RN Nursing Supervisor
About the role
JMA is looking for a full time, RN Nursing Supervisor at our West Cary (5029 Arco Street) location. The Clinical Nursing Supervisor is responsible for timely and efficient patient care, including monitoring of clinic/provider schedules for effective workflow; assures that clinical staff are properly trained regarding the clinical care of patients. Facilitates training and education; manages ordering and maintenance of supplies and equipment and is fiscally responsible. Assists with budget development, compliance, and reporting as necessary. Multitasks duties while making critical clinical decisions to help facilitate the needs in clinic. Assures appropriate staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, hiring, terminating, training, and discipline within area of responsibility/licensure and with the consent of Clinical Manager, Partners and the Practice Administrator. Assures compliance to all office and clinical policies and procedures with fair and accurate monitoring. Assists in development and maintenance of policies and procedures. Develops, facilitates, and supports implementation and maintenance of electronic medical records system. Provides intermittent audits of clinical processes and is able to promote staff development and training with timely feedback. Provides cross coverage for weekends and other facilities as required. Supports the Clinical Manager.

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license to practice in the state of North Carolina
- Current CPR, BLS certification
- Clinical leadership and supervisory experience
- Nursing experience
- Pediatrics experience a plus
