Provides clinical nursing care across all age groups in a fast-paced environment, supporting patient safety and quality outcomes. Maintains HIPAA level 4 access to patient information, serving all age groups in a secure manner. Work environment includes office and patient care areas requiring frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting, with exposure to cleaning solutions and PPE as per infection control policies.
Responsibilities
- Performs patient assessments
- Administers treatments
- Monitors patient progress
- Collaborates with healthcare teams
- Ensures compliance with infection control and safety protocols, including PPE usage
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing school with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience
- Current New York State Registered Nurse License
- CPR certification within 3 months of hire
- Completion of relevant specialty certification within 3 years (preferred)
- Previous leadership experience (preferred)
