About the role

The role involves providing expert nursing care in a women and infants unit, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU. Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care in a women and infants unit across Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU settings.
• Utilize the nursing process for direct patient care.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Prioritize patient wellness.
• Model proficiency by precepting new staff.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure.
• At least 6 months of women and infants nursing experience, or completion of a fellowship.
• NRP certification.
• BLS certification.
