About the Role

Provides direct, high-quality nursing care in Women and Infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes patient safety and wellness
• Precepts new staff and contributes to a safe, efficient clinical environment
• Supports specialty education and competency validation through clinical educators
• Delivers comprehensive patient care and adheres to practice standards
• Fosters a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on quality outcomes and safety

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN licensure
• Relevant certifications such as NRP, BLS
• At least 6 months of Women and Infants RN experience or completion of a fellowship program
