About the Role
Provides direct, high-quality nursing care in Women and Infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.
Responsibilities
- Prioritizes patient safety and wellness
- Precepts new staff and contributes to a safe, efficient clinical environment
- Supports specialty education and competency validation through clinical educators
- Delivers comprehensive patient care and adheres to practice standards
- Fosters a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on quality outcomes and safety
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN licensure
- Relevant certifications such as NRP, BLS
- At least 6 months of Women and Infants RN experience or completion of a fellowship program
