The Heights Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Nurse Supervisor to join our team for the 3p–11p shift. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee clinical care, support staff, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining high standards of patient care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse looking to take on a supervisory role in a professional and supportive healthcare setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care.
- Oversee evening clinical operations, including admissions and staffing.
- Assist with emergency decision-making and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
