Job Summary Provides autonomous and collaborative patient care, including comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and management of health conditions. Acts as a researcher, consultant, and patient advocate across diverse settings for individuals, families, and communities. Performs duties to ensure quality care and supports professional development. Responsibilities Develops care plans within scope of practice using written protocols.Utilizes prescriptive authority, procedures, referrals, treatments, and theories in compliance with laws and regulations.Enhances nursing practice quality and effectiveness.Engages in peer interaction and professional growth.Provides clinical leadership and promotes lifelong learning.Completes assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree as a nurse practitioner.Computer literate.Current nurse practitioner certification with prescription privileges or eligible.RN licensure required.
