Responsibilities

• Buils relationships with patients and physicians to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
• Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical staff, managers, and directors to align resources and services for patient-centered obstetrical care.
• Manages resources to achieve efficient, high-quality outcomes for OB patients, supporting interdisciplinary and cross-facility collaboration and communication.
• Tracks program performance in line with facility goals, identifying opportunities to streamline care practices using evidence-based guidelines.
• Serves as a liaison between patients, families, primary care physicians, internal and external care providers, specialists, and the wider healthcare community.

Requirements

• Knowledge and proficiency in applying highly technical principles, concepts, and techniques central to the nursing profession.
• Bi-lingual language - Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Experience in acute care setting or as a nurse navigator (preferred).
• One plus years of obstetrical nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification (BLS).

Pay

$32.76 - $57.47 per hour.
