About the role

Works with hospital departments to implement nursing integration, develop service lines, and ensure standardized practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare trends, legal compliance, managed care, and nursing operations.
• Ability to foster collaborative partnerships.
• RN licensure required; specialty certification and additional training preferred.
