RN/Nurse Manager - Neurology/NeuroSurgery

Role Overview

This position oversees all aspects of unit operations on a 24/7 basis, providing leadership in clinical practice, evidence-based nursing care, human resource management, professional development, budgeting, environmental management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and operational functions
• Align activities with the organization's mission
• Ensure adherence to standards
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team including RNs, LPNs, technicians, and support staff

Qualifications

• Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree
• Must hold an active RN license in Florida and have at least two years of leadership experience (five years preferred)
• Certifications in clinical or administrative specialties are a plus
