Key duties include standardizing systems, improving efficiencies, managing budgets for nursing services, and implementing performance improvement strategies. They collaborate with hospital departments to promote nursing integration, service line growth, and standardized practices, ensuring patient, physician, and staff satisfaction. Additional responsibilities involve enhancing care quality, fostering transparency, interdisciplinary collaboration, and optimizing resource use. They lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver competent, efficient, and compassionate care in a professional environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care setting.Bachelor’s degree preferred; RN licensure required.Knowledge of healthcare issues, regulations, and managed care; ability to build collaborative partnerships.Specialty certification preferred.
