The Nurse Manager serves as liaison with on‑call physicians, community medical providers and independent contractors, while assuring the delivery of quality nursing services in accordance with established nursing procedures. You will provide supervision, direction and consultation to center nursing staff. Responsibilities
- Providing supervision, direction and consultation to center nursing staff.
- Communicating with physicians regarding client’s needs, nursing assessments and recommendations.
- Collaborating with nurses and members of the treatment team to ensure the client’s well‑being.
- Responsible for hiring and managing nursing staff.
- Performing assessments/evaluations for potential clients and creating nursing care plans as needed.
- Teaching medication administration to staff monthly.
