RN Nurse Manager Critical Care ICU

Job Summary

Assist with the operations and activities of the Critical Care Department. Responsible for the overall management of the department’s daily operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal, productivity, and patient satisfaction goals and objectives established by upper management.

Qualifications

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (RN)
• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care clinical nursing experience in an acute care Hospital setting
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a full time Charge Nurse/ Coordinator, Nursing Administrative Supervisor, or Nursing Management in an acute care Hospital setting
