RN - Nurse Lead, Part Time, Night Shift

Role Overview: Provides unit-based leadership in a healthcare setting, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care, safety, and satisfaction. Supervises nursing and ancillary staff, manages staffing based on patient needs, and promotes patient- and family-centered care with attention to cultural diversity. Key Responsibilities Supervises and directs clinical personnel, coordinating care plans and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.Monitors compliance with safety standards, quality measures, and hospital policies, participating in quality improvement initiatives.Assesses staffing needs, assigns personnel, and evaluates performance, including coaching and disciplinary actions.Ensures department safety, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness, managing operational needs and resource allocation.Facilitates communication with patients, families, and staff to address concerns and improve care experience.Performs other duties related to department operations and staff support. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification required.Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred.Minimum of five years' clinical experience, with supervisory skills.Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking abilities.
