Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate nursing care
- Supervise patient assessments and care planning
- Assist with urgent/emergency response coordination
- Mentor and support junior nursing staff
- Monitor clinical outcomes and workflow improvements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Participate in performance evaluations and leadership initiatives
Pay
Weekly Pay Approx. $2,187/week gross
Requirements
- Active RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years leadership or charge nurse experience
- Strong triage and urgent response experience
- Experience with patient safety and incident reporting
- Leadership, mentoring, and staff development experience preferred
