Responsibilities
- Provide direct bedside nursing
- Coordinate unit operations, staffing, and patient flow
- Mentor nurses and CNAs
- Support evidence-based practices and uphold quality, safety, and infection-control standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to conduct timely assessments and develop care plans
- Educate patients and families
- Model Christian values of service, respect, and teamwork while fostering a supportive environment
