Responsibilities

• Mentor nurses and support their professional growth
• Lead training sessions to advance staff skills in Labor & Delivery, NICU, MBU, and Pediatrics
• Design and implement educational programs
• Evaluate and enhance nursing practice

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Nursing Education
• At least 2 years of experience in Maternal Child settings
• Previous educator experience in an acute care facility
