About the role
Novice Nurse – Registered Nurse (less than 12 months of experience) participating in a specialized training program.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and contracted services.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and document progress.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and communicate updates to supervisors or physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and document care in medical records.
- Ensure safety of environment and equipment, adhering to universal precautions.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Active RN license and current CPR certification.
- PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
Program highlights

Pay
Compensation ranges from $40 to $50 per hour.
