RN NOC shift

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the NOC shift to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times
• Guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for residents

Requirements

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Qualifications

• New graduates are welcomed

Skills

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents (preferred)
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment (preferred)
• Experience with PointClickCare (preferred)

Pay

Salary range: $48-$49 per hour
